Two friends. Two paths. One shared obsession with really good Mexican food.
Lorena and Sofía didn’t set out to build a food brand. They met fresh out of college, went on to careers spanning finance, start-ups, and the PR - and somewhere along the way, life brought them back to each other, and back to their roots.
Both Mexican. Both passionate about where they come from. Both tired of seeing the food they grew up loving reduced to something unrecognisable on a supermarket shelf.
The idea for La Fundidora was simple: make something they’d actually want in their own kitchens. Something honest, clean, and full of the flavors that shaped them - because when you’re feeding the people you love, ingredients matter.
So they got together, rolled up their sleeves, and brought La Fundidora to your table. Every jar is their way of sharing a piece of Mexico with the world - the heat, the depth, the soul of a culinary tradition they’re proud to call their own.
